Life Lite Ministries, Inc.
Corporate Information
Life Lite Band is the centerpiece of
Life Lite Ministries, Inc., located in Washington, North
Carolina. Life Lite Ministries became incorporated as non-profit
in the State of North Carolina in February of 1997. On November
17, 2000, Life Lite Ministries, Inc. received their approval
from the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The
ministry is governed by a Board of Directors as outlined below.

Mark Wheeler, President
Mark was elected president in January,
2005. Mark, with his wife Sue, lives in New Bern, NC.
They attend Broad Creek Christian Church where Mark is a Deacon,
sings in the choir, and helps with the tape ministry. Sue
helps wherever she is needed. Mark was elected as a board
member in January 2003 and immediately elected as Vice
President, and was elected again as Vice President for 2004.
Charles Latham, Vice President
Charles, with his wife Lisa, live in Chocowinity, NC. He is a
founding member of the Life Lite Band (1983-1998, 2002) and
co-founder of Life Lite Ministries. He has served on previous
Life Lite boards, and also has served as President of the Board
for Life Lite Ministries for many years. Charles accepted
renomination to the board the year of 2004 after stepping out to
tend to family and his local church during 2003. He
is a member of Harvest Church of Washington, NC: and is
currently serving as a member of
the Altar Ministry Team there. Charles is a 1983 graduate of
Christ For The Nations Institute of Dallas, Texas.
Willie Tyndall, Secretary-Treasurer
Willie, with his wife Brenda, lives in Broadcreek, NC. He was
elected as a board member in 1999. Willie has traveled
extensively with Life Lite Band and served as our concert
announcer, a member of our stage crew, and now one of our
guitarists. He is from Bayboro, NC. Willie attends Broad Creek
Christian Church in New Bern, NC where he is in the Praise and
Worship Band. Willie was elected Secretary-Treasurer in 2003,
and was elected again as Secretary-Treasurer for 2004 and 2005.
Jean-Paul Roy
Jean-Paul, or JP as
we call him, with his wife Linda and their children Patrick and
Jenna, lives in Greenville, N.C. JP retired with the rank of
Captian after 25 years as a Fire Fighter with the city of
Greenville. He is a member of St. James United Methodist Church
where he serves as an occasional Sunday School teacher. This is
JP's inaugural year on the board with Life Lite but he has been
fellowshipping with ministry members for several years.
